Senior Change Analyst
Our federal government client is seeking a talented and driven Senior Change Analyst. You will be responsible for assessing, designing, and delivering change management activities at EPMO level. This role will ensure projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing adoption and usage.
Responsibilities will include supporting the creation and implementing of change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption, minimise resistance, and supporting and managing key internal stakeholder relationships to effectively embed change.

This role is being offered to those in Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra. Initial contract for 12 months and high chance to be extended.

About the role:
- Manage competing priorities and strategic directions when achieving EPMO plans in line with Agency goals and objectives.
- Facilitate the implementation of the change management framework to support the EPMO objectives and the Agency program and project capability.
- Contribute to driving the adoption of change management methodologies amongst the EPMO’s stakeholders.
- Attain and maintain a sound understanding of the EPMO, its roles and responsibilities within the Agency and the environment within which it delivers it role to support the Agency’s objectives and priorities.
- Undertake impact and readiness assessments to identify areas of resistance and develop mitigating activities.
About you:
- 3+ years change management implementation and delivery experience, with demonstrated experience in applying structured change management methodologies and activities to drive and embed change.
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change Management or related filed, or specialist recognised accreditation a such as Prosci.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
