Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the program package(s).
- Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and procurement to achieve project objectives.
- Liaise with all internal & external stakeholders and lead the delivery of the assigned packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants such as PMs, cost, procurement consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Accurate planning, updating, tracking, and reporting of budgets and forecasts related to the work packages.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of project professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
- Mentor and assist with the professional development of more junior employees.
- Visit project sites 2-4 times a month for progress inspection, site and/or community meetings.
