WFH Flexibility: 3 days in office, 2 days from home

Role Overview: The Stakeholder Engagement Officer provides administrative support to the Public Guardian within The Department. This role is essential in managing complaints, reviews, information services, and community education on guardianship.

Role Overview: The Stakeholder Engagement Officer provides administrative support to the Public Guardian within The Department. This role is essential in managing complaints, reviews, information services, and community education on guardianship.
Key Accountabilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for reception services, managing phone calls, counter enquiries, and emails from staff and customers.
- Deliver administrative support including handling non-complex customer matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, meeting papers, taking minutes, and maintaining electronic and file records.
- Support meetings and events with necessary administrative tasks.
- Assist with projects and research as required.
- Providing comprehensive reception, phone, and email management services to a diverse range of internal and external customers in a high-volume environment.
- Handling difficult and complex enquiries with sensitivity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Manage complaints made to the Public Guardian.
- Handle internal reviews of decisions.
- Operate the Public Guardian's information service for community queries about guardianship.
- Run the Guardian Support Unit, providing information to private and enduring guardians.
- Conduct free community education sessions on guardianship.
