About the role
As the System Engineer will provide expert advice and perform engineering assurance and be responsible for developing detailed written reports and other artefacts guiding engineering decisions.
Role Responsibilities
To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current NV2 Security Clearance.

About the role
As the System Engineer will provide expert advice and perform engineering assurance and be responsible for developing detailed written reports and other artefacts guiding engineering decisions.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support to the Engineering Manager in the ongoing management of the Capability Definition Documents (CDD)
- Develop detailed written reports and other artefacts guiding engineering decisions such as requirements validation
- Participate in applicable working groups, technical reviews and workshops as directed
- Interstate travel required
- Tertiary qualifications in an engineering field or related technical discipline.
- Experience working with modern distributed network architectures.
- Five years’ working experience in the Defence industry
- The contract period is 6- months, with extension options.
