As the Technical Manager, specialising in machine analytics you will have extensive data analysis experience, the ability to architect and develop software/analytic solutions, and a proven ability to work within an integrated team of technical/non-technical personnel.

Security Requirements:
Due to the nature of the work environment, our client requires candidates to hold an active TSPV Security Clearance, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered. The successful candidate will need to undergo an additional security assessment before commencing in the role.

About the role

Role Responsibilities
- Sets the direction for, and leads, a technical team to improve data science processes and techniques.
- Evaluates the need for analytics, prioritises the problems to be solved and determines which data sources to use or acquire.
- Contributes to the development of solution architectures in data analysis and exploitation. Identifies and evaluates alternative architectures and the trade-offs in cost, performance and scalability.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience contributing to the development of solution architectures in data analysis and exploitation.
- Demonstrated knowledge in the application and integration of machine learning approaches
