Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in assessing and mapping training plans for customers and employees.
- Initiate and deliver comprehensive product training adapting training curriculums to diverse audiences.
- Develop material in line with business needs.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction documentation and quality case management records.
- Facilitate customer feedback and follow through
- Act as product SME within the team.
- Allows customers and employees to work with our products in scalable and efficient ways.
- Stay up to date on our latest product solutions.
- Support strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate:
- 1-3 years of experience in delivering corporate training using a variety of methods
- A strong aptitude for learning and navigating new software platforms, demonstrating adaptability and quick comprehension of unfamiliar tools.
- A proactive approach to acquiring familiarity with new software
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written and in demonstrating ability to fully understand customer concerns and avoid misunderstandings.
- Guide customers through interactions with patience, especially when they are confused or frustrated.
- Manages unexpected behaviour in straightforward situations and adapts to moderately changing scenarios.
- Proactively identifies and resolves moderate challenges independently. Demonstrates growing expertise in implementing effective solutions for recurring and emerging issues.
- Anticipates customer needs and potential problems, working to mitigate issues before they escalate
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues
- 7-month contract
- Sydney Location – Hybrid working
