Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Expert: Leverage your experience in building and developing relationships, whether they are customers, staff, or vendors, to effectively manage, nurture, and grow dynamic relationships with our external providers.
- Problem Solver: When issues arise, you’ll be the one to dive in, find the root cause, and come up with smart, alternative solutions.
- Operational Performance Management: Use your operational know-how to monitor and evaluate how our vendors are performing. You’ll be constantly looking for ways to improve delivery and make our partnerships even stronger. Conducting regular vendor reviews, including operational, financial, and reputational risks, while identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and value creation.
- Process Improvement: Develop and manage a framework, policies, and procedures that inspires consistency and efficiency across all vendor interactions.
- Collaborator and Influencer: You'll collaborate with our business teams and partners to understand their pain points and future needs, then help to develop efficient strategies to resolve.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience successfully nurturing and growing relationships, whether with customers, staff, or business partners.
- A Can-Do Attitude: A strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Great Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to listen to others and avoid misunderstandings.
- Proactive & Independent: The ability to proactively identify and solve challenges independently, adapting to changing situations.
- Team Player: You'll collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Sharp Attention to Detail: An analytical mindset with strong organisational skills.
- Driven & Organised: The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
