Overview: The Vendor Manager has the responsibility for developing, implementing and maintaining the frameworks, processes and templates that facilitate the effective governance and management of key Installation Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Managing ongoing relationships with 10+ installation partners, overseeing a network of 100+ installers.
- Defining and communicating vendor performance metrics clearly via effective scorecards and dashboards.
- Ensuring partners adhere to service delivery agreements (SLAs) and holding them accountable.
- Periodically reviewing and adjusting SLAs, internal processes, and service aspects for mutual improvement.
- Conducting formal business reviews to discuss activities, trends, spending, risks and opportunities.
- Identifying and onboarding new vendors through a thorough qualification process.
- Updating information in all systems, including coverage, pricing, and contacts.
- Continuously analysing various data sources and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess business health.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
- 3 years of experience in service delivery or relationship management.
- Demonstrated communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong business acumen, capable of analysing data for informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Ability to comprehend technical details and instructions at a basic level.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and working both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective multitasking to meet or exceed tight deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Sydney Based (No Remote Workers)
- 12-month initial contract with Likely extension.
