1. Essential - Experience with web-based content management systems in general and content management concepts such as revision history, content types, role based access control, metadata.
2. Essential - Experience with authoring and editing content for the web, including understanding of web content accessibility, the need to adjust writing style for a web audience, and HTML tags and document structure (some publications are hand-authored in text editors for technical or security reasons and personnel must be comfortable and competent with this).
3. Essential – experience working with subject matter experts to turn their knowledge into consistently written and presented web-based content, taking into account audience needs.
4. Desirable - Experience with use and administration of open source content management solutions such as but not limited to Drupal and Wordpress.
5. Desirable - Basic linux command line file management.
6. Desirable - HTML5 document model understanding including CSS fluency and basic javascript library familiarity such as jQuery. Personnel are not expected to write javascript from scratch but may need to implement or support scripted interactive page elements.

The Web Content Lead is accountable under broad direction to undertake complex web content research, authoring, editing, layout, publication, monitoring and review tasks in an operational environment, balancing daily and month or multi-month deadlines.
Personnel will contribute both independently and collaboratively to the team’s provision of information management, dissemination and collaboration services for Agency customers, working within a framework of legislation, principles, and work practices.

The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 4.
Must hold either a current Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance OR have held a TSPV in the previous 12 month period (which has since been downgraded).
