NV1 Security Clearance
The National Security Account Manager is accountable for building strong client relationships, client satisfaction and business development, to grow their delegated account. The AM is accountable for ensuring that the delivery of contracted services to the client realises the agreed business benefits.
Needs extensive delivery experience in addition to stakeholder engagement skills. Has to be able to oversee delivery as well as support growth of the client account. To do this effectively, they will possess a comprehensive understanding of IT delivery in order to ensure current contract SLA’s are being met, whilst also being able to recommend additional services and products to solve business IT problems. Will ensure that innovation is paramount in the delivery of services now and into the future.
Will contribute to National Security Account’s business development target and reports directly to the Account Executive.
Collaborates with the Account Delivery Lead to assure delivery excellence within their client account. Similarly, will work with the Account Executive Officer to achieve operational excellence within their client account. Further, will work collaboratively with the Chief Technology Officer and the Chief Security Officer for matters pertaining to Capability and Security.
• Strives to be viewed as a strategic partner of the client
• Builds strong client relationships. Helps to resolve escalated stakeholder issues in accordance with their urgency and importance
• Responsible for the client strategy, drives client growth and delivers innovation to the client
• Monitors the overall health and performance of the client
• Informs the client about new corporate capabilities and developments within the organisation, and proposing new services that may benefit them
• Leads and responds to the timely and competitive bid development process ensuring bid governance is achieved
• Accountable for tracking and reporting on the profit and loss of their client account to the AE. Ensures that quality and cost improvement is aligned to the client business priorities
• Works collegiately with their counterparts, contributes to the National Security Account’s strategic engagement, associated communications and business development priorities
• Accountable for the outcomes produced by Delivery teams within their client account
