About the role:
We are looking for an Analyst who will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) ecosystem. The Analyst will be the go-to person for over 1,100 users across Product Management, Legal, Risk, Audit, and Distribution teams. Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, such as the Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO), while maintaining system stability and driving continuous improvement.

- Serve as the first point of contact for support on EPC and Objective Keystone platforms.
- Resolve service requests and address production defects promptly.
- Manage application incidents and ensure system stability across platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Proven ability to manage service requests.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement practices.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- A proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Experience in data analysis, UI/UX feedback, and logic or configuration changes.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms and Master Data Management tools.
