Our large private client has a requirement for a Change Manager who will, through a solid understanding of methodologies, frameworks, and best practices; enable, empower and encourage employees to embrace change.
To be successful in this role you will:
• Long-term change management strategies must be positioned in the forefront of their mind to ensure that the organisation never lags behind
• Continuously striving towards new and improved ways to tackle change management effectively
• Proactively builds plans to mitigate employee resistance
• Must be able to draw on resources and be able to strategically find ways to implement them into their current/future strategies
Contract Term: 11 Months
Extensions: extensions may be available at our clients discretion
Location of work: Perth, WA
