Role Overview: A leading global technology company is seeking for a The Cloud and IT Operations Consultant who will play a critical role in our IT operations, both on-premises and cloud-based. You will be responsible for IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Integration and Management (SIAM), and leading digital transformation initiatives. Your expertise in Azure and/or M365 operations, cloud-based service management, and process improvement will be essential in driving our IT strategy forward. Additionally, you will be adept at relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and developing comprehensive documentation using PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Excel.

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold a current NV1 Security Clearance.

- Strong IT Operations background – both premise and cloud-based
- Proficient in IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience with Service Integration & Management (SIAM)
- Expertise in digital transformation and migrations to the cloud
- Knowledge of Azure and/or M365 operations
- Cloud-based service management
- Process improvement
- Relationship management skills
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Strong document development skills using PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Excel
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and/or PowerApps
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Copilot product ecosystem and AI in general
- Experience with Agile & DevOps practices
- Project & change management experience
- Knowledge of AWS and/or GCP
- Understanding of ITIL, COBIT, NIST, ISO27001/20000/38500 frameworks
- Develop and host interactive workshops
- Document results to share and build into delivery material
- Strong business analysis skills

- Develop new processes from scratch, based on best practice
