About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a contemporary Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. This role will oversee the project’s progression through governance assessments and external assurance reviews, while also supporting the organisational change and communications strategy. The Project Director will provide leadership, direction, and coaching to Workstream Leads and the broader project team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and effective management of risks and issues.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate all testing activities for the implementation of a new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. This role will oversee both data migration testing and solution testing, ensuring all testing efforts are aligned with project goals and executed efficiently. The Test Manager will be responsible for developing test strategies and artefacts, and for working closely with business representatives and implementation partners throughout the testing lifecycle.

- Plan, manage, and execute all testing activities related to the ECM solution and data migration.
- Develop comprehensive testing artefacts including test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Ensure testing aligns with project objectives and ICT Release Management processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to support system and process changes.
- Provide clear communication and reporting on testing progress, issues, and outcomes to project leadership.
- Proven experience in managing testing for large-scale IT projects, particularly involving ECM or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data migration testing and release management processes.
- Excellent planning, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
- Experience in developing and executing test strategies in complex project environments.
