About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support the successful delivery and adoption of a new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. This role will guide the organisation through a significant transformation, helping stakeholders transition to new business processes and technologies. The OCM Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the change is embraced, adopted, and sustained across all levels of the organisation.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support the successful delivery and adoption of a new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. This role will guide the organisation through a significant transformation, helping stakeholders transition to new business processes and technologies. The OCM Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the change is embraced, adopted, and sustained across all levels of the organisation.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies, stakeholder personas, and customer journey maps.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and build awareness, understanding, and support for the change initiative.
- Monitor change progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to address resistance or emerging challenges.
- Support and coordinate with the Change Advocacy Network and Transition Lead Network to ensure strong stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate closely with project team members, including the Project Director, Workstream Leads, and Communications Specialist.
Desirable Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading organisational change initiatives within large, complex projects.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work across all levels of an organisation and influence outcomes.
- Experience supporting technology-driven change, particularly involving ECM or similar platforms.
