About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Analyst (Notes) to support the transition of legacy Notes/Domino systems to a modern Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. This role provides expert technical leadership across design, delivery, and transition activities, ensuring legacy systems are effectively integrated or decommissioned as part of the ECM implementation. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Director, internal multidisciplinary teams, and external suppliers to achieve project objectives.

Located in Carseldine with a Hybrid working arrangement.

The successful candidate:
- Lead technical analysis and transition planning for Notes/Domino systems including DMS, DocTrak, BND, and MoG.
- Provide expert advice to management, business, and technical teams on Notes technologies.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are accurately translated into actionable tasks.
- Oversee the design and delivery of technical solutions aligned with project goals.
- Engage proactively with business representatives, IT teams, solution vendors, and project leadership.
- Extensive experience with Notes/Domino technologies and legacy system transitions.
- Strong understanding of ECM platforms and integration strategies.
- Proven ability to lead technical design and delivery in complex project environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
