About the Role
As a CX Technical Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of modern collaboration technologies for high-profile clients. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position within a fast-growing customer experience division. You will:
- Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for Cisco Collaboration technologies.
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions.
- Guide future-state architecture discussions and drive process transformation and automation.
- Lead and mentor a delivery team while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution architecture and design documentation.
The Successful CandidateTo thrive in this role, you will bring:
- 10+ years of experience in Cisco Collaboration technologies, including applications, hardware, and protocols.
- A proven track record in delivering complex projects and managing multiple technical workstreams.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in networking, UC applications, virtualization, and scripting (DEVNET).
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
- Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, or DEVASC are highly desirable.
- A proactive, passionate, and collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
