Cyber Security Architect – Cloud & Email Security

About the role:
We are seeking a Cyber Security Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure cloud and email solutions. You’ll work closely with IT and DevOps teams, embedding robust security controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop and manage advanced email security solutions (anti-phishing, spam filters, secure gateways).
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead threat modelling, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.
• Advise on identity and access management (SSO, MFA, RBAC).
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Conduct security audits and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of security awareness.
Required Experience:
• Extensive hands-on experience in Cloud Security Engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep knowledge of email security technologies (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, secure gateways).
• Proficiency with IDAM tools (Okta, Azure AD).
• Strong understanding of data protection and compliance standards.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or similar.
• Experience in regulated sectors (finance, healthcare) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
