We are looking for a highly experienced Database Administrator who will be responsible for Administration, monitoring, configuration, upgrade and install Microsoft SQL Server databases and Capability One and maintain performance of regular and Capability One database backups and ensure backups will support recovery needs.
Major Responsibilities:
Contract Term: 15 months Contract with possible extension.
Security Requirements: A minimum Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) Negative Vetting (NV2) security clearance is required.

Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain procedures and documentation for CapabilityOne database;
- Design and implement changes to CapabilityOne databases to support new information
- requirements.
- Provide advice, guidance and assistance and support to other team members, APS and third parties as required.
- Evaluate and Develop Data Analysis models and procedures Monitor and the ability to troubleshoot any Database Replication issue
- Sound knowledge in SQL Server performance features such as In-Memory OLT
- Experience in SSIS, SSRS
- Experience with Reporting Tools such as Cognos 11 (desirable)
