We’re partnering with a global technology leader on a major digital transformation initiative and are seeking Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) professionals to join the delivery team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact, enterprise-scale program with cutting-edge technologies and a collaborative team environment.
We are hiring for both Functional and Technical roles.
What You’ll Be DoingFunctional Consultant
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
- Configure and implement D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Support solution design and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Customize and extend D365 CE using Power Platform, plugins, workflows, and integrations
- Work with Azure services and DevOps pipelines
- Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
- Support integration with CcaaS platforms (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Five9) where applicable
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE in enterprise environments
- Exposure to CcaaS platforms is highly desirable
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
- Must have full Australian working rights
- Work with a globally recognised tech leader
