Location: John Maddison Tower, 86-90 Goulburn St, Sydney City CBD
Hours: 35 per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Working from Home: Not an option
Role Overview: The Finance and Administrative Support Officer provides comprehensive finance, administrative, and clerical support within the Sydney City CBD office. This role requires full-time in-office attendance from Monday to Friday.

Role Overview: The Finance and Administrative Support Officer provides comprehensive finance, administrative, and clerical support within the Sydney City CBD office. This role requires full-time in-office attendance from Monday to Friday.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to internal and external clients.
- Ensure travel arrangements and reimbursements are accurate and compliant with requirements.
- Process and record journals and expenses accurately and timely.
- Ensure supplier invoices are paid on time.
- Allocate and reconcile all receipts and payments appropriately.
- Inform internal and external stakeholders of finance processes and ensure compliance.
- Manage correspondence for the unit, providing timely and effective information and referral services.
- Monitor and maintain store supplies and equipment.
- Maintain records, systems, and databases to ensure secure and accessible documentation.
- Retrieve and collate complex documents and information.
- Complete financial transactions and reporting professionally and timely.
- Apply finance policies and procedures with stakeholders and follow up outstanding items.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in SAP and vendor management.
