Job Description:
We are looking for ICT Business Analysts to improve the sustainment and continuous improvement activities of customer ICT systems and their related business processes. The areas of focus for this role include:
- Performing technical business analysis activities including requirements elicitation and management, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, operations management, operations framework development, training development, and workforce planning
- Transitioning ICT capabilities from project delivery to sustainment
- Conducting change management and benefits realization analysis and implementation for new and existing customer ICT capabilities
- Establishing, coordinating, and improving ICT systems operational processes, including problem and issue identification and resolution
- Improving customer disaster recovery and business continuity posture and procedures
- Conducting ICT operations risk and issue identification and management
- Product management of customer ICT capabilities
- Implementing ITIL concepts and processes to the operations of customer ICT systems
- Enabling continuous improvement and integration for customer ICT systems
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong technical business analysis skills
- Experience in requirements elicitation and management
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and strategic planning
- Knowledge of operations management and framework development
- Experience in training development and workforce planning
- Ability to transition ICT capabilities from project delivery to sustainment
- Expertise in change management and benefits realization
- Skills in problem and issue identification and resolution
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity procedures
- Experience in ICT operations risk and issue management
- Proficiency in product management of ICT capabilities
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and processes
