The ICT Business Analyst will work collaboratively with Identity and Access Management technical leaders, team members and engage stakeholders on multiple projects and contribute to business objectives.
Skills and Knowledge:
Contract terms: 24 months from Commencement.
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 3.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in stakeholder engagement associated with the design and development process.
- Experience in ICT office software (Microsoft) and design programs such as Visio considered advantageous
- Experience analysing and transforming ICT business processes specifically in the areas of automation is considered advantageous
- Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures is considered advantageous
- Assist with the integration and documentation of new and existing business processes through stakeholder engagement
- Engage with stakeholders, to effect clearly defined and relevant requirements and assist in product acceptance.
- With guidance, contribute to the design process with a structured business analysis methodology to ensure work packages are unambiguous and testable, leading to deliverables which achieve project objectives.
- Contribute to the review, update of current documentation, as well as identify documentation gaps and develop documentation as required. Documentation may include procedures, guides, web sites and input into policy.
