Our Private client is seeking a Vendor Manager who is responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Installation Partners to effectively deploy electric services and improve the overall customer experience. The role will work closely with Sales, Customers, Installation Vendors, and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate hardware installation for both new and existing customers.

Key activities:
- Responsible for the management of third-party Installation Partners including contract negotiation and ongoing performance
- Execute strategic and tactical plans to track, analyze, and improve all processes related to the management of the installation vendor network
- Create and implement performance objective metrics which will enable stack ranking and incentive-based compensation program (bonus/penalties)
