Our client is a leading consultancy delivering innovative HR technology solutions for enterprise clients. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platforms to support business transformation.
About the role:
We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Senior Consultant to oversee the ongoing management, maintenance, and enhancement of the HR system. You’ll drive system upgrades, manage incidents and security, and support business improvements, all while fostering knowledge transfer and capability uplift within the technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD platform, including incident management, security remediation, and patching.
• Lead annual system upgrades, analysing and implementing new functionalities.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with cyber security requirements and contribute to uplift programmes.
• Assess, size, and schedule backlog changes and business improvements.
• Support the replacement of InfoPath Forms into People Connect.
• Deliver workshops and foster collaborative relationships across support teams.
• Provide continuous knowledge transfer and upskilling to technical team members.
Required Experience:
• Proven experience in ServiceNow HRSD management, including business improvements, incident management, and security patching.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security requirements, especially pen test outcomes and treatments.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and implementing new features.
• Ability to transfer technical skills and upskill support teams.
• Experience in business test automation and performance analytics.
• Familiarity with agile environments and DevOps/TFS tools.
• Strong documentation skills.
