Instructional Designer/Learning & Development Professional -

Seeking a Instructional Designer/Learning & Development Professional - Blended learning design that incorporates face to face, online and on the job learning.

The Role:

We are seeking the services of a contractor(s) Instructional designer/learning and development professional to work with our team full time for 3-6 months develop a blended learning design for our current face to face training and to develop the online and face to face resources.

Tasks you will need to undertake in this role will include
- Development of a project plan
- Attendance at the current face to face workshop (May in Parramatta)
- Stakeholder engagement and consultations as part of needs analysis
- Scoping program blended learning strategy and program evaluation
- Development of learning resources (online, face to face and on the job)
- Deployment/implementation of blended learning program (July)

Skills and Experience Required:

Blended learning program instructional design
Content development and authoring
Stakeholder engagement to undertake training needs analysis

Nice-to-have skills and experience:

Alignment/mapping content to nationally recognised units of competency
Aged care/health related or regulatory program development experience

Parramatta & Offsite Based

Contract Term - 3-6 Months Contract
