The companies Identity, Authentication and Authorisation (IAA) team develop, maintain and support companies critical identity, authentication and authorisation (IAA) applications. In last 4 years, team is delivering on the organisations digital initiatives like Voice Authentication (VA) for mobile apps, VA for telephony channel, the businesses integration, digital mailbox (with DHS) and lately on digital identity app (AUSid) . IAA portfolio has a suite of technologies like .NET/SQL, Java/CA certificate, encrypto software to new generation technologies like Angular JS/Mongo, integration services with Document Verification Service (DVS) and looking to integrate with Facial Verification Service (FVS).
IAA capability in the company uses DevOps model in self-contained, multidisciplinary scrum team construct while program is managed under SAFe framework (Agile Release Train). The team is mobile and generally resources are deployed in a given point of time on multiple projects. The standard delivery time for projects is 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:
• Experience in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and expertise in test automation.
• Develop strategies and test plans to meet application testing requirements and coordinate the delivery of a test project phase, in coordination with business and other teams Identify and report on technical issues or risks and collaborate on their resolution
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders establishing, maintaining effective, influential networks and represent the organisation in various forums to convey technical or business information
• Plan and design strategies to effectively and accurately test the technical aspects of integration services components, products and releases Construct and document processes and procedures for the undertaking of testing activities
• Understand the strategic directions of the company and convey to staff through knowledge transfer and mentoring
• Encourage and promote quality excellence within the team, ensure that work practices are effective and consistent, and that best practice is identified and shared; undertake quality assurance activities
• Select the appropriate resources to achieve quality business and service delivery outcomes and performance objectives, tracking the progress of testing against planned schedule Adhere to the companies system development methodologies in all test activities
• Provide leadership and direction to others and manage and report on individual and overall team performance
• Maintain knowledge and develop own skills to ensure continuous improvement and professional development
** Must have the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance **
