About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data & Reporting Analyst to drive the development of robust data automation, analysis, and visualisation solutions. This role is pivotal in enhancing data-driven decision-making across the agency by building scalable data pipelines, developing interactive dashboards, and creating custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Location: The role is based in Canberra ACT
Contract terms: 12 months from commencement date, plus 2x 12 month extensions at our clients discretion
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered. An OSA (Organisational Suitability Assessment) will be required for this position.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data & Reporting Analyst to drive the development of robust data automation, analysis, and visualisation solutions. You will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing automated ETL pipelines from complex data sources.
- Performing in-depth data analysis and developing data models.
- Creating interactive dashboards and forms using Power BI and Power Apps.
- Engaging with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Contributing to solution architecture and documentation.
The Successful Candidate
You are a proactive and innovative data specialist with:
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and end-to-end data solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in designing automated data pipelines and models.
- Proficiency in cloud data platforms and advanced scripting for data transformation.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A meticulous approach to data governance, privacy, and security.
