Essential Skills & Experience:
The successful ODM (Java) Developer have 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role. You will be an excellent communicator and have the appropriate skills to build productive stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes. You should have the ability to work in an agile team environment.
Security Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold current Baseline Security Clearance.

The ODM Developer will be responsible for:
- Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards
- Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification
- Writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures
- Undertake researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs
- Providing technical advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costing for recommending software purchases and upgrades
