This role involves delivering high-quality solutions, collaborating globally, and conducting technology sessions. Key requirements include extensive experience in virtualization, containers, cloud solutions, and high availability technologies, with over 7 years of experience in the AIX/Linux domain.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience as an infrastructure solution architect.
- Hands-on expertise in Virtualization Technologies (IBM PowerVM, KVM, RedHat Virtualization).
- Proficiency with Containers, Kubernetes, and RedHat OpenShift.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible.
- Skilled in implementing IBM Power Servers, VIOS, and LPARs.
- Strong background in installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AIX and Linux on Power (Redhat/SLES/Ubuntu).
- Knowledgeable in server networking (Linux, AIX).
- Experience with cloud implementations (Public/Private/Hybrid).
- Desired experience in performance analysis and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in implementing High Availability (HA) technologies (OpenSource HA, IBM PowerHA SystemMirror).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Over 7 years of experience in the AIX/Linux domain.
- Strong executive presence and business acumen.
