Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Leading and directing the execution of large, complex programs within the utilities sector, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
- OT System Expertise: Possessing a deep understanding of OT systems, including SCADA and other technologies used in utility operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including executive management, engineering teams, operations staff, and vendors, to ensure program success.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the program, including technical, operational, and financial risks.
- Budget and Schedule Management: Managing the program budget and schedule, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of program objectives.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensuring the program is aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives, contributing to the modernization and digital transformation of operations.
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
The Successful Candidate:
- Program Management Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale, complex programs, preferably within the utilities sector.
- OT Systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of OT systems, including their architecture, functionality, and integration with IT systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant technologies, such as OT, SCADA, IoT, and cloud computing.
- Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to present Program overview and status to C-level leadership at customer end.
