The Role:
We are seeking an appropriately experienced Program Manager to take up the role of Delivery Lead for the ICT Fit Out for the Departments program.
The key duties of the role include but are not limited to:
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Related Skills and Experience • Have extensive operational and professional skills in program and project delivery • Have training and/or experience in leading benefits definition and management
2. Communication and Engagement • Highly effective negotiation and communication skills with the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences • The ability to develop and sustain complex customer, business and stakeholder relationships
3. Ways of Working • A highly developed ability to manage multiple competing priorities to deliver quality outcomes. • Self-motivation, drive and the ability to deliver outcomes, both independently and in a team environment
Location and Contract Term: This role is based in ACT with Hybrid working arrangements. 12 month contract with 1 x 12-month extension options pending budget and delegate approval.
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens. A Baseline security clearance is required for this role.

We are seeking an appropriately experienced Program Manager to take up the role of Delivery Lead for the ICT Fit Out for the Departments program.

- Delivery – Managing the overall delivery of the ICT Fit Out stream and specific projects within the stream, including coordination with relevant individual project managers.
- Benefits Management – Ongoing definition, tracking and reporting of benefits realisation.
- Dependency Management – Stakeholder engagement and coordination with other partners and dependent streams.
- Scope Management – Managing project items relating to Stream 7 ICT Fit Out, including the drafting and updating of detailed scope and requirements documentation.
- Status Reporting – Information gathering and development of status reporting, in line with program requirements.
- General project and program management responsibilities in line with the business of the program of works.
