About the role:
The role will support the Wayfinding teams by working with stakeholders to understand their needs and to propose strategic delivery focused solutions to ensure the successful delivery of design outcomes.
Experience in design, production, supplier management, wayfinding and/ or minor infrastructure delivery.

About the role:
The role will support the Wayfinding teams by working with stakeholders to understand their needs and to propose strategic delivery focused solutions to ensure the successful delivery of design outcomes.
Experience in design, production, supplier management, wayfinding and/ or minor infrastructure delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and improve overall wayfinding delivery planning, setting best practices for delivery engagement and prioritisation.
- Support the development of a new wayfinding delivery model, optimising production, procurement and delivery processes.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders on key initiatives and projects, leading wayfinding delivery planning for specific projects, helping to shape briefs from a production and delivery perspective so that they are procurement ready.
- Manage a panel of providers for wayfinding design and lead strategic planning for establishment of a new supply & installation panel of suppliers.
- Drive individuals across the value chain to deliver to common agreed goals.
- Undertake improvement activities, identifying opportunities and proposing innovative approaches to achieving objectives.
- Managing a range of projects and deliverables across various stakeholders while still needing to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Undertaking planning and delivering services which promote the Division’s ability to meet its goals in a complex political and industrial environment and in compliance with service wide requirements.
