SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant
Security Clearance: Baseline
Location: ACT (Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney will be considered)
Contract Length: 12 months
Close Date: Wednesday 12th June 2024 – 9am
The SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting / Controlling) Functional Consultant will play a critical role in managing the departments financial processes and internal controlling. The department has several programs of work in progress which support the delivery of digital services to there clients.
The SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant will be responsible for:
• Reviewing the existing core financial management functionality assessment and process to identify limitations and areas of improvement.
• Assessing current SAP system’s integration capabilities and customisations to determine the considerations of future requirements.
• Conducting needs analysis against current system evaluation.
• Determine the modular functions within SAP that is currently utilised and recommend improvements that could be beneficial.
• Gathering input from finance team members and other stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations from the new finance solution.
• Compile comprehensive reports of findings, comparisons, and recommendations.
• Implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Centre Accounting, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment, and settlement.)
