The Successful Candidate
- Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, including artifacts and techniques such as:
- Definition of Done
- User Stories
- Automated Testing
- Backlog Refinement
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams & managing stakeholders.
- Ability to facilitate change in projects effectively.
- Industry experience in Energy & Utilities is highly desirable.
