The Role:
The Department requires the services of two experienced Senior Business Analysts to work across a number of high priority projects.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Qualifications and/or proven experience in business requirement development and business process design;
2. High level stakeholder management skills to actively build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships;
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in translating highly technical information to non-technical peers and stakeholders.
4. Minimum 5 years continuous experience as a Senior Business Analyst
Desirable criteria
1. Experience working in an Agile environment;
2. Experience with data visualisation;
3. Experience with geospatial datasets and platforms (eg ArcGIS).
Location and Contract Term: This role is based in Canberra. Contract till June 2025 with 2 x 12-month contract extension options. Flexible working arrangements will be considered after the initial 3 month period
Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens. A baseline security clearance is required for this role.
