Our Client is seeking an experienced Service Owner (Level 3) to manage and support critical data integration and file transfer platforms, with a primary focus on Sterling and Informatica. This role ensures the stability, resilience, and continuous improvement of production services, working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors.

About the role:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Service Owner (Level 3) to manage and support critical data integration and file transfer platforms, with a primary focus on Sterling and Informatica. This role ensures the stability, resilience, and continuous improvement of production services, working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical and service owner for key platforms including Sterling File Gateway and Informatica PowerCenter/Cloud.
- Own and manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive measures for critical services.
- Oversee the performance, reliability, and availability of supported platforms.
- Liaise with vendor support and internal infrastructure teams for escalations and patching.
- Participate in Change Management and ensure risk-mitigated deployments into production.
- Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and runbooks to support operational excellence.
- Collaborate with project teams to support solution design, onboarding of new integrations, and production readiness.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements for data handling and system access.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Sterling (File Gateway / B2B Integrator) – configuration, issue resolution, performance tuning.
- Solid experience in Informatica (PowerCenter and/or Informatica Cloud) – including mappings, workflows, and administration.
- Strong understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2) and large-volume file handling.
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys), monitoring (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk), and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Proven ability to manage L3 operational support, including on-call or after-hours support if required.
- Familiarity with banking/financial services IT environments, security standards, and change control processes.
