Our client has identified a need to minimise duplication of effort and enhance effectiveness and efficiency in relation to information management and records management.
Details of the project:
In phase 1 of this project, our client is seeking to improve how it uses, manages, stores and reports on information received, and generated, by the command.
The deliverable (due by 15 May 19) is a report on the current
content and information architecture, the identification of what the client and their stakeholders need and expect, and a blueprint to achieve the future state.
This RFQTS contemplates a potential second phase of this project to develop
governance arrangements for the future state and the preparation of the
improved content and information architecture. The delivery date is to be in
accordance with the approved blueprint.
This RFQTS also contemplates a potential third phase of this project to provide
ongoing refinement and maintenance of content and information architecture
based on stakeholder feedback and expectations, and support to content
owners until 30 April 2020.
Details of these three phases will be sent to interested parties.
Requirements:
a. Demonstrated experience in knowledge management projects (particularly
in designing and reforming Internet/Intranet/SharePoint presences including
governance arrangements), liaison with stakeholders and management of
project staff and timelines (Essential)
b. Security Clearance or a willingness to obtain Baseline clearances (Essential)
