About the role:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack development, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient software architectures. Having WDP Mesh knowledge will be added advantage.

Located in Sydney, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Solution Design:
- Lead the design of custom applications that meet business needs, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Define the architecture and overall structure of web applications using React for front-end, Node.js, and Java APIs for back-end services.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Project Management & Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers to estimate effort, define timelines, and manage deliverables for the development lifecycle.
- Communicate technical decisions and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Performance Optimization:
- Monitor, analyse, and optimize the performance of the applications, ensuring they meet established performance benchmarks.
- Implement caching, load balancing, and other strategies to enhance the user experience and server efficiency.
- Security & Compliance:
- Ensure all developed applications meet industry standards for security and compliance.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and other security measures as required.
