Role Overview
Translate visual and interactive designs into highly interactive web and mobile applications using responsive design techniques. Develop prototypes and perform hands-on coding, integrating the application user interface with technologies such as CSS3, HTML5, PHP, JavaScript, and various APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program delivery.
- Attend requirement discussions and finalise FSDs/Interface documents.
- Determine functional requirements for new services with Business teams.
- Review and sign off with Tech Lead/Business stakeholders.
- Document and communicate changes within an AGILE team.
- Document API requirements, design, and functional specifications.
- Design and create robust interfaces for system integration.
- Discuss user interface ideas with the development team.
- Support and collaborate with internal/external consultants in consulting, workshops, and delivery engagements.
Technical Skills
- Java 8 or above, Spring Framework 5.x, Spring Boot 2.x, JUnit 5, Mockito, Logging framework (Java-based), Postman, Good use of any IDE
- Experience in Infra/DevOps Design
- Knowledge of Maven, Git, Splunk, Bamboo, Swagger, Design patterns and standards
- Previous experience delivering API framework
- Banking project experience
- Good debugging skills, clean and efficient coding with TDD
- Proactive in resolving software issues related to code quality, security, and/or patterns/frameworks
- Mentor junior consultants in practice and delivery engagements
- Sydney
- Initial contract for 6 months with high likelihood of extension
- Full Australian work rights required
