Data Modeller

The contractor is required to support the development of a conceptual data model/schema to capture the various ways the department uses party (such as client) and location data. This will also include the development of underpinning glossaries/data dictionaries, reference and master data lists, data standards, data quality requirements and other related work.

Skills and Experience Required:
Skills in;
o Enterprise conceptual data model/schema development
o Reference and master data management
o International data standards evaluation and assessment
o Stakeholder engagement, ‘use case’ development and consultation
o Strong written and communication skills
o Ability to communicate technical requirements to senior executive and non-technical people

• Experience;
o APS6/EL1 level
o Data management background necessary
o Previous conceptual and logical data modelling and data management experience highly desirable

Contract Term - Immediate start and 8 week contract. 1 x 8 week extension option pending budget and delegate approval

Security Requirements - Applicants must be Australian Citizens to apply. A minimum of a baseline security clearance is required. A Police check no with 6 months validity is also required
