The Role:
Under general direction, as a member of the Digital Experience team, the Digital Projects Manager will play a key role supporting the Head, Digital Experience and project team members in the delivery of key digital projects for audiences and staff. This will include, but is not limited to, website upgrades, digital engagement initiatives and deployment of customer relationship management system modules (Salesforce) within the Public Programs Branch. These projects run concurrently, so the ability to organise and manage multiple projects and workload is essential for this role. The position involves internal and external stakeholder engagement, the planning and delivery of all facets of the projects and initiatives from within branch resources and project budgets.
The successful candidate will be a keen collaborator with strong project management skills and attention to detail, with proven multi-tasking experience across a range of concurrent small and medium digital experience based projects, in a corporate or government environment. They will be able work productively in small-team environment with specialist stakeholders and will take pride in the sense of purpose and quality, engaging outcomes for our audiences.

Location and Contract Term: This role is based in ACT. This is a full-time non-ongiong role for 24 months.

Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in the planning, execution and delivery of new websites and/or significant redevelopments of existing websites.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, lead and collaborate in a team environment to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities to deliver high quality outcomes and meet expected timelines.
- Strong understanding of financial management and procurement processes.
Desirable Criteria
- Demonstrated experience with or knowledge of the Drupal content management system in the context of its use for Australian Government digital products.
- Strong Understanding of the Australian Government Digital Service Standard, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, and Australian Government Style
- PRINCE2 Agile Certification.
