Working to the Director and Assistant Director, the Relationship Manager will work closely with the Integration Manager and play a pivotal role in the coordination, development and delivery of partnerships to a portfolio of stakeholders. The service provider will plan and coordinate the multiple facets of the partnerships, including direct implementation of some activities. The service provider will manage effective communication of key messaging at all levels.
Major Responsibilities:
Contract terms: 12 months (1 July 2022 (negotiable) – 30 June 2023)
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 5.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.

Major Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of successful internal and external partnerships using networking and coordination skills within agreed timelines to achieve organisational business goals
- Work closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure planning and implementation of activities are aligned
- Manage, regularly update and coordinate the project work plan and budget across all work streams ensuring that stakeholders are clear on tasks and timeframes
- Work according to the communications program and stakeholder management plan, which provides project support by projecting a strong and positive image of the Portfolio/Project stakeholder group.
- Be the key interface between Portfolio Management, Projects and technical stakeholders to bridge communication barriers to maximise team engagement outcomes and build sustained partnerships.
