About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead key initiatives resulting from various reform programmes. The role involves working within a specialised cell to manage and implement complex initiatives, enhance organisational performance, and improve operational reporting. The position requires a well-developed understanding of initiative management, ICT systems, and information platforms used across the defence sector.

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. Due to the work environment, our client has requested that all candidates are required to hold current NV2 Security Clearance.

- Have extensive experience in initiative management and reporting.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate professionalism and maturity in building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be flexible and adaptable in managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Show eagerness for self-improvement and professional development.
- A contract position until 30 June 2026, with 2 x 12-month extension options.
