The Infrastructure Capability and Consolidation (ICC) Program's role is to prioritise the consolidation and capability uplift of key IT infrastructure throughout the Corporate Systems within the Department. The Program has worked to refine and develop a number of key architectural road-maps to align the Departments technology and architectural strategy.
Recently with the increased program scope, the program developed a multi-year funding framework to consider the business priority of initiatives, the architectural and risks to delivery within a diverse and changing landscape.

The ICC Program has worked closely with both the technical and business divisions within the Department in gathering requirements for the overall agency deliverables. The ICC Program requires the expertise and skills of resources to undertake projects works in the continuation of the ICC Program deliverables.
Skills and experience required:
• Professional experience in developing a variety of technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate policy controls into technical mitigations.
• Security policy and procedure writing experience as they relate to core security artefacts defined in the ISM and PSPF.
• Incident response, threat analysis and vulnerability analysis.
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies.
• Knowledge of, or performance of IRAP and system certification and accreditation.
• Knowledge of security standards including the PSPF, ISM, ISO27000, NIST series.
• IRAP Accredited by the ASD
• Proof of registration of accreditation.
Contract Term - 12 month contract with approx start date of 1 July 2019. 1 x 12 month contract extension option pending budget and delegate approval
