Landfill Project Manager
Our state government client is seeking a talented and driven Landfill Project Manager. You will manage the Landfill Capping and Development project as well as provide assistance, high level advice and support for various projects.
About the role:
• Demonstrated high level experience in complex landfill remediation and development projects.
• Demonstrated experience in working with a Joint Venture or similar project environment.
• Demonstrated ability in the required accountabilities to strategically deliver complex land development projects, including to plan, organise and prioritise work to achieve financial and non-financial objectives key performance indicators.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate at a senior level (Minister Office, Board, Executives, and Industry) with high level written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated self-motivator with the ability to manage workload priorities, define goals and ways to achieve them, work to multiple deadlines and deliver high quality outputs under pressure with a high-level application of the ACT.
About you:
• Strong leadership and management skills including the ability to lead organisational change in a complex stakeholder organisation.
• Extensive experience in the development and implementation of targeted communications to achieve a desired outcome.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated experience in the development of a range of documentation including articles, reports, briefs, plans and submissions.
Location and Contract Term
This role is being offered to those in Canberra, ACT. Initial contract for 12 months and high chance to be extended.
Security Requirements
Our Government Client require applicants have a full working right.
Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment screening checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification and any other client requested checks.
