About the Role
As a Change Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and sustained use of a high-value ISR discovery tool. Following a comprehensive Organisational Change Management (OCM) Review, you will lead the development and execution of a change strategy and implementation plan to embed the system as a “business as usual” capability across Defence.

Location: The role is based in Canberra ACT or Melbourne, VIC.

About the Role
As a Change Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and sustained use of a high-value ISR discovery tool. Following a comprehensive Organisational Change Management (OCM) Review, you will lead the development and execution of a change strategy and implementation plan to embed the system as a “business as usual” capability across Defence.
You will work closely with the Capability Manager and stakeholders to:
- Develop and implement long-term OCM strategies and short-term action plans.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Support end-user adoption through training, engagement, and resistance management.
You are an experienced OCM professional with:
- Proven expertise in organisational systems, stakeholder engagement, and change implementation.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to assess and improve change effectiveness.
- The ability to translate strategic recommendations into actionable plans.
- NV1 security clearance (mandatory).
- Experience in Defence or similarly complex environments is highly desirable.
- A high-impact role on a strategically significant Defence project.
- Long-term engagement with opportunities to shape enduring change.
- Work from Melbourne or Canberra, with occasional travel for training delivery.
- Collaborate with a dedicated and mission-driven team in a supportive environment.
