Overview
We’re seeking a seasoned Program Manager or Program Director to lead complex ERP/CRM implementation programs. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset and a strong background in enterprise technology delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of complex ERP/CRM programs
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, and schedules
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience leading ERP and/or CRM implementations
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
