Scope of Task:
Engineer Support Platforms are procuring a fleet of over 400 earthmoving and material handling vehicles under a traditional acquisition model. The project will investigate opportunities to utilise teleoperation, training simulators, and Condition Based Maintenance utilising telematics.
Scope of Work
Combat Support Services requires one Level 2 Project Manager to provide ongoing support throughout the above activities. The Contractor will be required to support the Project and the management and sustainment of the existing fleet of earthmoving and material handling vehicles. This will cover the critical stages as the project prepares to select and acquire the future fleet of vehicles. The procurement of the contracted support will ensure the project benefits from:

- Improved planning and management processes; and
- Increased availability of uniformed Desk Officer to conduct associated stakeholder engagement, evaluation activities, and manage operational considerations
Knowledge and Expertise
The Specified Resource should have experience and/or qualifications in the following areas:

The Specified Resource should have experience and/or qualifications in the following areas:
- Experience working in large scale Projects or equivalent government agency (highly desirable);
- Experience in project management, capability, acquisition, engineering or construction;
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail (highly desirable);
- Strong organisational skills (highly desirable);
- Familiarity with the Capability Life Cycle
- Experience with mechanical or vehicle based systems (desirable);
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a non-routine, rapidly evolving role (desirable); and
- Qualifications in fields of management, engineering, business/finance or government administration (desirable, not essential)
