Reporting & Analytics Lead – SAP Datasphere & SAC

Our client is a leading consultancy driving digital transformation across enterprise platforms. This role is central to delivering advanced reporting and analytics solutions using SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, and SAC.
About the role:
We’re seeking a seasoned Reporting & Analytics Lead to spearhead SAP analytics initiatives. You’ll lead client workshops, design cutting-edge architectures, and mentor delivery teams. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise and strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP reporting and analytics projects across finance, supply chain, HR, and EAM.
• Design and implement data models and KPI frameworks for EAM processes.
• Deliver solutions using BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Facilitate client workshops and drive solution best practices.
• Support business development and pre-sales activities.
• Coach SAP practice members and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Integrate IBM methodologies and market-leading tools.
Required Experience:
• 10–15 years in SAP Reporting & Analytics, with 7+ full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge across core SAP modules.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and client engagements.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Datasphere, BW/4HANA, SAC, and ABAP CDS.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, and cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
• Exposure to Generative AI/Machine Learning use cases.
Desirable Qualifications:
• BW/4HANA certification (mandatory); Datasphere/BDC and SAC certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Australian Citizenship with AGSVA Baseline clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
What’s on offer?
